not losing any weight just eating right for now and just doing some normal walking. im having trouble with my meds for my epilepsy so my weight is not a big priority for now. i just am trying to keep the same by eating right. hopefully will be back on track to start up again doing my exercising. im going to try to just walk half as much as i usually do and id be happy. I'm up to 15 miles on this challenge and im ahead of what would be the average i think, so i am good if i dont exercise those 4 miles or so that im trying to get.
165.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope they get your meds regulated. It can be such a bear to get them right! My mom struggled with that for quite a while, but it now appears that they are where they need to be.

ever since ive had my son, although worth it, ive been messed up with meds and they try to fix them so hopefully it all works out, see the dr. tomorrow, but seems to be improving.
