5 miles today. Did have 2 peanut butter cookies but unfortuneately theres nothing even close to recording a p.b. cookies so i have inaccurate fat intake and caloric intake, but mostly i did awesome today. very proud of myself.

well i shared my lunch with my 2 year old, that sure took away some calories. now i am full but i have to make sure that i dont eat again unless its a small snack.

starting over right now. I've had too many cookies and basically crap for the past week or so. Atleast I know I've down my steps and mileage. I did do 18 miles walking towards my challenge. On to Whole Foods Market to see hubby and do some shopping. Had a new recipe just made up. Tried some pesto the other day and decides to have some fusilli, vegan chicken, a bit of cheese, parmesean cheese and some broccoli and mushrooms. Yummy!! 2 year old eats it it's gotta be good. Got a lot of walking in moving the furniture around which gets me something to do and works out my arms reallly well. Can't wait actually for more walking and exercising around the house. Makes me feel like ive accomplished a lot.
5 more miles today. exercise great. food ok. everything good today

making cookies and only ate two im pretty pleased with myself. yippee. 2 year old loves the vegan cookies so he will definitely help

noodles and company, had a great lunch. lots of exercise and fun today. another 6 miles
