I am working on this--but the scales are bouncing: +2, -1 back and forth. Today it is up 2...frustrated.

Not an uncommon part of inaccurate scales + water retention. The cure (for me) is to push thru, sticking with diet and weigh in less, perhaps every week or two.

Thank you, I am tyin to do just that. I know you are right but I have been a yo-yo for so long that I am frightened on the prospect.
