well i have decided that i will do a variation of south beach diet,implementing some foods and ideas from that diet and some of my own,such as restricted sugar completely for awhile,,,my weakness!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
