Losing the weight and soon I hope to be able to exercise once my broken rib is feeling better.
255.2 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Oh my! What happened. :( That sounds really bad. I will pray for God's healing over you Louise. :) God Bless you. May the Lord hold you up for support, give you the enough nutrition that you need. God provides grace all the time. I pray for your continuous courage to push through with weight loss and to take care of your earthly temple: your body. May enlightenment continuously pour down on you.

I too pray for you every night. I pray that you will be able to have children after you are married. I pray that you will reach your goal and me too. The broken rib gets better each day so I guess it just takes time. I hope you had a good week which would be either losing or staying the same. If you did gain don't give up. I believe you can do it.

Thanks Louise. You are doing great. Take it easy on yourself. :) At the rate that you are going, next year will be great as it always have only with a healthier version of you. We will both not give up!
