Another lb off. Still losing but wish it was coming off quicker. At least I don't feel hungry. I am filling up with healthy fruit snacks.. 12 weeks to holiday so still on track.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
