Well, this morning I found myself down again this am. I decided to record it. I didn't get excercise in again yesterday. I thought I would do it in the evening and then ended up going to visit dad at the hospital. Bad girl!! for putting it off!! I was just plain lazy yesterday.
Today, dad is coming home. I have to bring him home and get him set up.
I am going to get my walking video in this afternoon. I really need to make the time to get back to the curves routing. I will be working 3 days in the office this week. I am hoping to get to Curves first thing Wednesday.
Well, off to get the kids up for school.
