It was just a weak and a strong moment. Weak because I gave in to feeling bad about all the weight I had lost and how close to my goal I was in Oct. 2011. Strong because instead of ignoring my reminders from this wonderful website I decided to take action again, weigh and record it and start over. Just signing up for a challenge helped.

keep up the fire. DR.google is wonderful. you can find all kinds of info on nutrition and how to balance what you eat. Weight loss requires good cardio workout in addition to proper nutrition, as you probably know already. Get your mindset right, and take help to reach your goals. good luck and best wishes.

You can do it. We are all here for support and motivation. The rain here has it hard to get outside but I plan on playing on my wii fit workout and breaking a sweat tomorrow. For tonight: a few sit-ups. I might can do 10. Lol

I have been trying to add a little more walking every day. I injured my right foot on April 2nd and then sprained my left ankle on June 2. It was very challenging to be in a wheelchair for a week. I'm just now back on my feet and able to walk decent distances. I still can't do my Just Dance on Wii Fit. That is frustrating. That is my favorite thing. :) I'm so very happy to be walking at all that it's all good!!!

Glad about the walking. Every little bit helps. Look toward Just Dance as you're goal and you'll get there. Just be careful with the injuries.
