I snacked again in the afternoon on some chocolate. And then had to work really late so I missed half the cardio strength class. I really went over my allotted calories for the day but was super hungry. I think I need to eat more protein. I have a lunch meeting today and worry about making good choices there plus the weekend is coming and is always my downfall!
