Happy New Year everyone. I am very surprised and pleased, my weight did not sky rocket like I thought it would. I'm back exercising, my old injuries have eased up, shoulder and arm. But, alas, I was sitting cross legged and got up and felt a pinch in my right leg. Didn't think much about it. In a few days the pain was bad, running down my left leg to my ankle. So I took it easy for a while it eased off. I then when about my routine, but I noticed my left foot was flopping. Walking on carpet I hadn't noticed it, I can't seem to lift my left foot very well, ie sitting down and tap your foot, the toes won't raise up. So I set about exercising my left leg, therapy, working my left side leg to match my right leg. Oh! the pain, but its getting better. At least the pain don't stay as long now. That was my Christmas and New Year. Other than that I had a great visit with my Grandson, home from the Army for a while.
