I feel like I am on the right track. I just need to keep reminding myself that I am ot going to drop 10 pounds overnight or in a week. I am doing good going to my classes but not good at getting in activity on non-class days. I also need to control temptation when I get home from work. It's so easy to grab the peanut butter! And quickly consume large quantity of calories.
171.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
