I was doing really well yesterday. I was hungry in the afternoon but was able to wait until snack time. then, when I got home from fitness class, I was starving! I ended up making some nachos instead of eating the popcorn. I did alreaght making them a little healthier but it sent me over my allotted calories for the day.
I am pretty tired this morning and feeling hungry although I just finished breakfast.
