Weigh-in: -2.8 lbs!
Did pretty well this week despite W's cake and Hubby's chili mac last night. Feeling better..less sluggish, more energy - even though it's only been 3 weeks and about 12 lbs. I've got a long way to go, but I can do this.
276.4 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 96.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

One meal at a time, one bite at a time...I know it seems like a long way, but I was exactly where you are now and I'm 45 lbs down currently. I've stumbled, I've gotten back up. You CAN do this! Please do it while you still have your major health...take it from one who knows...

45 lbs! That's awesome, Raven! I'm working toward that! I'm a very positive person. I know what to do...I've done it all before. :/ I just have to keep up the motivation. I tend to get tired of it all after about 50 lbs. I lost that much last year and gained it back again plus. I'm doing this because I'm tired and because of high blood pressure. The dr doubled my meds 6 weeks ago but I want to get off of them completely. Or at least lower them again. Thanks for the support. I can definitely use it. Knowing someone else is going through it, too, helps.

I can relate to your blood pressure issues, too. Take a look at my journal from yesterday regarding my latest doctor appt, if you want. We're all in this together, truly. There are some GREAT people here on this site to help and encourage if you need! :D
