I am restarting my diet. I am not sure why I gaining. Stress maybe? I need to stop gaining weight! My clothes don't fit me and I feel very uncomfortable. I know trying to lose weight before holidays isn't easy but I need to learn to make better decisions and prioritize exercise. Easier said than done.
