Day 2 of cleansing, then back to shakes. I'm feeling okay this morning, but I do feel a little off. I'm exhausted (and I thought I would have lots of energy today). I'm also a little overwhelmed with work and today's schedule. Luckily I have a lot going on today, so I should be able to ignore the temptations of foood.
One thing I hate is looking at my weight history chart. It just goes up and up and up. I had done so well a year ago. I know I can do it again. I am my worst enemy when it comes to dieting.
