Yeah! Down 1.2 and didn't go to the gym at all! This week's work schedule really screwed me up with getting there, ugh - but I guess all the extra moving around at work again helped me out! :)
250.9 lb Lost so far: 45.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
