So intermittent fasting is working pretty well over this first month. Had to keep hoping on and off the scale to make sure what I'm seeing is right. Not too sure I want to lose 5 lbs in a week cause soon there will be weeks of gains and the dreaded plateau is coming. But I'm sure with IF I have some ways of getting around it. Funny yesterday I was struggling to make it to 2pm and had to buy some sugar free gum and then I had to duck in the gym for 30 min to make it.I know this is a run on paragraph but I'm weighing in today cause I have to work OT and its going to be to hard to get to the scale. Really after today I should be weighing myself once a week but I have a few more tweeks to do with the food I eat.
