Why is it so hard to get back into exercising after taking a break. I jogged .25 mile and I am exhausted!
154.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week

Yea, you lose your endurance quickly with running. But the good thing is you can build it up pretty quickly too. So keep running! Great job!
