Being from Louisiana, I LOVE SEAFOOD. Here's my DIET fish soup.
Feel welcome to make your own and indulge.
The flavor is like a Mardi Gras parade in your mouth.
Its approximately 160 calories per serving.

Ingredients
1 serving swai fillets (or any other fish you like)
1 serving rotel tomatos
1 serving diced onions
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp horseradish mustard
1 tsp tabasco sauce
Directions can't be screwed up either for those of you who can't cook or are scared to try. Simply combine all ingredients in a small pot or sauce pan, cook over medium heat until fish is cooked and starts flaking apart. Add salt to taste and garnish with celery if desired.

That sounds yummy. We have the best steaks in Iowa but I hear the seafood we get pales in comparison to what's on the coast! Oh well, I know no different and love seafood, too. We will have to try this some night.

I'm not a beef eater so I wouldn't know one steak from another. You'll have to let me know how this turns out when you make it. I toss fresh diced jalapeno peppers while mine is cooking also but I didn't put those in the recipe because it does raise the spice level A LOT when they combine with the acid from the tomoatoes and green chilies aready in the soup.
