ok, so last month I worked out some, ate a little better and somehow GAINED weight!! wtf??
so this month it's time to get serious! with holiday season being here I think I need to eat smaller amounts of the good stuff and work out harder to counteract the calories! Just got back from camping so my health kick starts here!
117.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Google "why the scale lies". It's an article which will explain water weight which can happen for many reasons (exercise being one of them). We all want to focus on that number on the scale, but if you can go down a size or two without losing much weight, that's a great thing.
