I coughed and threw my back out this morning. /sigh Getting old sucks!!

Onward and upward!
203.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ouchy...I hope it isn't serious and will heal quickly...Is it in your upper back or lower? My husband has found some relief with a cheaper version of the "tens" machine which is a natural remedy vs taking meds. Read my journal today as it has a nice sentiment regarding getting old. TOWANDA!!!!!

Lol, that's not getting old. That's just an unfortunate event. There are other things you can do...ahem... that will make you feel quite young again. Hope your back feels better soon. ;-)
