No gym yesterday (Election Day). Lunch with Doug at Friendly's: usual salad, half of his fried shrimp, half a banana split. A few late-night pieces of candy.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
