I jogged a little yesterday and it felt good! I didn't feel any of my usual complaints at all. Maybe tomorrow I will add a little more jog to my walk.
177.3 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
