Let go on the holidays... now it's time to get back on track.

I have decided that for every 10 pounds I lose, I will treat myself to a nice hotel room with a jacuzzi in it. It's something that I think can motivate me.
232.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
