leaving this morning at 6 a.m. to go on vacation. I keep gaining weight because I just eat carelessly even though I am working out because I get careless when my husband is off. I am afraid to see what my weight is when I get back from vacation. :( I hope to get back on track after vacation..........
130.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am scared to look at my scale this week. Went camping last weekend and then had anxiety eating from stressing out about getting stuff ready for VBS since I am in charge. I had so much to do last year with barely any help and I am really hoping it doesn't go that way again. I hope you have a wonderful vacation and you relax a little bit. Maybe a break will do you good. :)
