Meet with the surgeon this afternoon....hoping to overcome non-athlete prejudice (i.e. You're to fat for me to care)and convince him to do this surgery for me so I can get back to work in the exercise department.....
268.7 lb Lost so far: 43.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
