I have stayed within a few pounds for the holidays which was my plan and I did indulge in a few goodies and I believe that I am really learning after all this time how to do this as a life style not a diet.
I have lost 42 lb since January of last year and feel so much better so by any standard it is a success!
Still want to lose another 10 or 20 but am at a fairly healthy weight now and feel better about how I look so can take the rest of it as it comes with the lifestyle changes I have made.
