Am starting my WW again, 3rd time lucky? Have discovered that I have a lactose, gluten intolerance and to top it all off I have a burst disc and a worn left knee. Will need a knee replacement within a few years. I've already lost weight but that little black dress that I've not been able to wear for the past 9 years is staring at me and screaming ....."me, pick me for Christmas". I was driving to work the other morning and realised I want and need a new wardrobe, and I would like it to be a nice one. Just for me. I want something nice for me for a change. So here we go again. My first temptation last night was an invite to dinner to a pizza place. And because I will be persuaded to have pizza and I know myself and will give into it, I offered my apologies and informed the person inviting me why I was declining. She accepted the apology. So yahoo, one challenge done.Now the cravings...especially the sugar ones......water I need water......

I have lost with WW and it is the BEST total plan. I just restarted and everyday seems to draaag by. I probably ate out of boredom. Good luck to us!!

Ok me again, finally. It seems that every time I try to lose weight I lose it and gain it again. Have thought about getting a lapband, but would not be able to put up with the chucking and gas. Friends of mine have done it and can hardly eat anything. Yes they have lost the weight but at what cost? And I'd be out of pocket too much, but on the other hand it's a lot better to not be a jojo all your life...any suggestions out there?
