Well...I still haven't gotten myself back to the gym 3 times a week, but I did keep a better eye on what i'm putting in my mouth - and it paid off, lol. This week, I am SERIOUSLY going to try to get myself back to the gym more than once...here's hoping anyways! :)

Once you get in the habit, you'll really want to do it. Working out is so helpful in more ways than just weight loss- the stress relief, feeling accomplished, and the effect of exercise on the brain can raise your mood and even make you less attracted to empty calorie foods. Not to mention that once you lose the weight, it will be so much easier to keep off if you're in the habit of exercising. Looks like you're doing great regardless!

I was going at least 3 times a week, but i've had things come up that have kept me from going more than once and i've kinda fallen out of the habit. But I definitely need to get back in it again :)
