I have another two weeks to get closer to 210 than not. I'm happy that increasing the calories have made a difference for me. Once I get close to 200 I plan to change my plan again. Hopefully I'll see that by end of summer since cooler weather would be perfect for my next stage.
On another more personal note, my wife has been gone for 1 month visiting family. Exciting day.. she's coming back today! Woo! I only lost about 5 lbs or so in the month she was gone but I hit the gym hard. Let's see if she notices. ;)

216.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
