What a week! Work has been very busy. Got called in on Saturday to work 12 hours extra. I was on call. Had been planning to go fishing on Saturday. Alas..it was not to be. Slowly but surely getting calories under control again and weight is trending down. Have been taking the weekly averages--now down a couple of pounds. My weight, like everyone else's, fluctuates a lot from day to day. Been working so much, that I haven't been able to get my workouts in like I would like to. I'm only averaging about 5 1/2 hrs of sleep per day and it's wearing me down. I'm tired. If I sit still for a couple of minutes, I doze off. Ready to have some real time off and some good, long sleep! Today the boss asked me if I would work 6 hrs on Sat but I know if I come in at all, it will be a full 12 hrs. That would put me working Thurs night 12 hrs, Sat 6-12 hrs, Sun and Mon night 12 hrs and I'm on call for Tues night and there is a shortage that night on the sched making it highly likely I will work Tues night as well. Ugh. I'm not feeling as young as I once did. Not liking all these long work days.
177.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, so much work and not enough rest is not only hard on your body, it zaps the soul. Things must be very stressed at your work. Take care.
