Losing a LOT really fast... I'm sure most of it is water weight. But, I'm sticking to everything so that's great.

I *did* have chinese food yesterday, but I researched nutritional info and converted to WW points. It was a lot so I was careful the rest of the day and I came out right at my limit.
225.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
