keep fluctuating between 190 and 193 or so.
I am leaving at 190 though for now.

i have had a few sloppy days as of lately where I have surpassed my calorie limit and i havent been able to get in all the exercise i would like to do to my blown right rotator cuff.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
