I've been sticking to the program, but I haven't seen a reduction in weight this week so far. In fact, I saw an increase. Maybe by Sunday, I'll have lost a little. I'm ready to start exercising. I have to remind myself to do just a little at first, so that I can ease back into it. I have a long way to go, so I need to be patient. I'll start my exercise program on Sunday. That way, I'll have been on Atkins for 2 full weeks. Just like the book says. I'm going to start the Couch to 5K program again. This time I'll actually stick to it though. I need to be in shape to run the 1/2 marathon in March!
