So I had a very busy morning today...took the kids to the pumpkin patch after our hearing then decided I was NOT taking the day off. Although I did miss my workout session in the morning with my gym buddy I grabbed a kid and went to a later class and still got in my gym time today and swam 18 lengths in the pool. I was proud of myself for not taking the easy way out and skipping it today....I am feeling great...I feel like I may actually be able to do it this time.
291.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thats great Melissa!! I am so proud of you! 4 pounds in a week is excellent, and you did that with your "visitor" and all the stress you have been under with the hearing and school!! You should be so proud of yourself! You should feel like you can do it this time! You ARE doing it :)
