I would love to see my bar turn green but I know it is gonna be hard to do ... I’m asking my body to transform to something it hasn’t been in over 30 years.. under 170 pounds. At least I know I’m coming at it from a good place. I have maintained this relative weight for six months now and I am back into my workouts again, so maybe I’ll have better chance of accomplishing a breakthrough before I peter out on motivation. I’m in it for the long haul. If I have to stay in the 170s, I can be happy with it because I feel good here. However, I would love to lose some more of this extra padding I carry around with me and see if I can feel even better!

Great drop! And it seems great you have stabilized at your current weight to get ready for drifting down some more. It is absolutely so possible to get where you haven't been for a long while!
