I have tried to start again. Hard as it may be I need to begin. I started again an monday with a starting weight of 185.8 I know that this is mostly water weeight because I can feel it. Today is tuesday and I am already down to 184.1 - hence the water weight- I don't feel quite as bloated as yesterday so I hope that this continues. I am in dire need of giving myself a kick in the butt to get going again. I have started to walk on my treadmill(that is why I bought it :)). I'm not feeling hungry so that is a good sign and I know I'm not eating enough so I may need to go back to the very beginning and start to read the book again. Hopefully I can have close to 15 pounds gone by christmas - that would be AWESOME!!!
Keep believing that you can do it and you will. :)
