this has been an interesting journey. My husband & I started this program on 7/1...he's lost nearly 30#'s...I've been bouncing between 186-189 since the first of Aug. UGH!!! We eat the same foods...he more then I...we made the commitment to follow this program 100% with few exceptions. We did go on vacation this month...2 weeks in NH and managed to stay very close to program. Eating on the road is always hazadardus to the waistline...but we ate veggies and protein with no added salt. I'm going to stick it through...to the end...when ever that may be. At this rate of loosing, I won't live long enough to see a difference.
