Yes!! Lowest yet on the scale today and I really wasn't expecting it. I had school all day so I couldn't exercise like I would like too. So on school days it's just about what I put into my body. I had no problems until I got home and saw that my mom had made fried chicken tenders and mac & cheese. But even then I was a good little widget and only ate a few bites of mac & cheese and 2 tenders w/ ketchup. And I was good with that. I was surprised because I had some bad craving/temptations this past weekend and gave in to them. But now I'm back on the program. Beside one free and loose weekend can't hurt every so often.
153.6 lb Lost so far: 52.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

lol Go sister! :D And yeah you really did have a naughty weekend. XD But the occasional high calorie weekend, helps keep your body confused. So sometimes it's a good thing. :)
