Good job eating this week, stayed under 1500 calories some of the days. Need to keep working on it. TOM leaving helped with the loss too. Need to get to the GYM this week!
223.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 103.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
