Ok, scale is creeping up time to review my logs. I haven’t been consistent drinking at least half my body weight in water for about 4 days. When I have an FFC that is a sweet potato, I’ve been eating a whole one. I think I will cut it in half. I’ve also indulged in some cookie dough and cookies. Probably best I stop making those for the hubs for awhile. Too tempting for me right now. I made a pan of cornbread to go with our pulled pork, telling myself I wouldn’t have any. Need to be more realistic in the future (since I LOVE cornbread) and more mindful of the temptation to just have a bite. I rarely make it, so that’s a good thing. Okay reflection is over, time to workout. I’m on Week 5 Day 5 of my Barre Blend workout. Have not missed one day of the program!!
167.5 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Haha! I meant half my weight in ounces. So at 167 I aim to drink at least 84 ounces of water.
