Disappointed with my weight loss this week. Not sure why I didn't loose as I have been REALLY good with my foods. Even my cheat meal wasn't that bad! I'm going to try to not let this get to me and stay positive that I will see better results next Sunday on weigh in day.
186.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
