Why can't I maintain my weight?!?! I have gained 0.4 pounds 3 weeks in a row! I know it's not much, but I would like to try and just keep my weight the same or even just maybe lose 0.4 pounds instead of gaining it! I'm starting to think I only need to eat 1200 calories everyday!!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
