Changed my goal weight.
115.2 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 October 2010:
2120 kcal Fat: 82.08g | Prot: 128.91g | Carb: 226.28g.   Breakfast: Avocados, udis gluten free bread, Margarine Spread, Egg White, egg, True Protein Pea pp, Puffed Rice Cake, Peanut Butter, Brown Rice Flavored Rice Cakes. Lunch: Brussels Sprouts, Margarine Spread, pizza crust, Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce, bilinski's spinach garlic sausage, Daiya Mozzzarella style cheese. Dinner: olive oil, Broccoli, Yam, Beef Tenderloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: sorbet, Mangos, Extra Dark Chocolate 85% Cocoa, Apples. more...
