I simply do not have the time for a full journal ...Just got home from working and I am tired plus I still have a ton of homework left to do :(! I did lose a pound, no more this week and am a bit depressed about it. I have GOT to get back into my groove!~

Good night peeps, more when I have more time!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A pound is awesome! You should feel great about it. I've had weeks where the scale didn't move at all. ^.^ You can do it! Just one little step at a time!
