Instead of starting my food journey tomorrow, I will start
today because tomorrow never comes. I have to decide if I
really want to lose this 10 lbs. No one else can do it for
me I have to do this myself and for myself.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

924 kcal Fat: 28.75g | Prot: 52.17g | Carb: 129.47g.   Breakfast: laughing cow cheese, 2 Tablespoons Italian tomatoes, egg beaters,  turkey pepperoni, 6oz v-8 juice, red seedless grapes, 2 cups black coffee. Lunch: keebler original club crackers, jello sugar free chocolate banana subpreme snack cup, subway sweet onion chicken teriakya salad. Dinner: Lance 100 calorie Toast Cheese peanut butter, sugar free fudgesicle, cool whip, peanut butter, smart pop 100 calorie kettle korn. more...
