Today is day#1 for the rest of my life.TRY! TRY! TRY!I have worked so hard to get this weight off and THEN I SCREW UP! No one can make up my mind for me. It has to be me. I need motivation, and I need it NOW! I am in th midst of a pity me party, but I know food is not the answer. I try to do for and to please others and I am truly abusing myself. I do not ever hear from my daughter unless I call her even though I help her financially every month. I have grandchildren I see maybe 3 times a year even though they just live about 40 miles from me. Please God I need answers. This is my prayer as well as my journal.
