So I gained a few #'s (7) last week before the weigh in for our biggest looser contest at work.

But I've lost what I gained and dropped an extra # in a week. I know it was just food and water weight, but I figure that little excursion may have helped jump up my metabolism a bit.

That's my rationalization for the day...
252.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
