So since December 2019, I’ve gained about 20lbs. 8lbs during the Christmas holidays and then 12lbs during quarantine. So needless to say, it’s been pretty depressing. But, I decided yesterday I’m going to be starting the over because I can’t just quit on myself. This journey is not easy and I could just give up but, no! I want to try try again!!!
177.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
