Having my husband do the same exact plan as me (alternate day fasting) validates what I’ve been dealing with for half a year now. He has breezed through ten pounds and even though I started off weighing less he has already surpassed me. It has been so frustrating losing so slowly when I know others like him can do the same thing and lose more and quicker than me. I am happy I’m technically still on a decline with weight but this is so unfair. It really sucks.
210.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I actually hate talking about weight and diets with my husband...... he will always lose a lot more than I do..... doesn’t help me at all lol

Men lose faster than women. We are completely different. Don’t compare yourself to others. If you are losing then keep at it, the weight will come off.
